Questions about pricing
- What happens to my data if I cancel?
- Nothing happens to it. Your inventory lives in your own Google Sheet, so you keep it. If a team moves back to Free, the organization becomes read-only except for the owner, and the data is never touched.
- Can I cancel at any time?
- Yes. Cancelling stops the next renewal, and you keep access until the end of the period you paid for. Monthly billing has no minimum term; annual billing is paid for 12 months upfront.
- Who counts as a user?
- Every member of your organization, including people who can only view. A new user is added straight away with a prorated charge; a removed user stops being billed at the next renewal.
- Is there a limit on items?
- Not from us. Google Sheets has its own limits, such as the number of cells in a spreadsheet. See the Google Sheets limits.
- How is tax handled?
- Prices exclude tax. VAT, GST or US sales tax is calculated at checkout from your billing address, and business customers can add their tax ID.
- Is there a free trial?
- The Free plan is the trial: no time limit and no card required. Upgrade when your team joins.
