# Viewer role

> Viewers see items, stock and history in their locations and change nothing. Every member counts as a seat, including Viewers.

Viewers can look but not change. Use this role for people who need to check stock, such as sales or accounting.

## What a Viewer can do

- View items, stock and history in their locations.

## What a Viewer can't do

- Record movements, edit items or revert anything.
- Approve requests or export.
