# Admin role

> Admins run the team and daily work. They can do almost everything the Owner can, except sheet, billing and organization-level changes.

Admins manage members and day-to-day inventory work. Give this role to people who run the team, not to everyone.

## What an Admin can do

- Invite and remove members and change their roles, except the Owner's.
- View all items, stock and history, and record movements in every location.
- Edit items and prices, and approve or reject requests.
- Revert a single entry or many entries at once.
- Export history and stock.
- View billing.

## What an Admin can't do

Connecting the spreadsheet, sheet edit policies, billing changes, ownership transfer and deleting the organization belong to the [Owner](/help/team-and-roles/owner).

## Sign-in requirements

Like Owners, Admins must use phishing-resistant sign-in, such as a passkey or security key, by default.
